How the Monroeville Finance Authority was created, and the bond issues it has approved.

On April 12, 2012, with the adoption of Ordinance #2545, the Mayor and Council of the Municipality of Monroeville created the Monroeville Finance Authority (MFA). The MFA was formed under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act.
